One was a condo in Walnut Creek that went very smoothly. Debbie listed the property and we

accepted a contract for over the asking price. Debbie kept us informed the entire time, always

informing us of the buyer’s contingency removal, appraisal and of course the closing. The other

property was a little more difficult, as the buyer was also the agent. Debbie again kept us

informed of the process the entire time. Debbie would solve any conflicts that could without

informing us unnecessary stress, when it was appropriate to have any input she did not hesitate

My daughter and her fiancée are planning on purchasing their first home after the summer and

are using Debbie. My husband and I are planning on retiring in the next few years and we

would never think of using any other Realtor but Debbie.
