“My name is Cheryl McCoy, my husband and I have sold two properties with Debbie this year.

One was a condo in Walnut Creek that went very smoothly. Debbie listed the property and we

accepted a contract for over the asking price. Debbie kept us informed the entire time, always

My husband and I retired one month before the COVID pandemic and at the same time put our

home on the market with Debbie. We were fortunate to have Debbie as our agent who helped

ease our stress and mind with selling our home. We had received nine offers. Debbie outlined

every one of the offers and guided us in how to respond and make counteroffers on a few of

the offers and we were able to sell our home well above the asking price. Since we were

downsizing Debbie also helped coordinate selling some of our personal property. I refer Debbie
